Responsibilities

Provide exceptional Tier 2 support to customers, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting across various technologies.
Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain thorough documentation of projects and processes as needed, contributing to the knowledge base.
Monitor production systems to identify and address potential issues, ensuring minimal disruption to service.
Assist in testing new applications and system enhancements to maintain optimal performance.
Develop and manage functional requirement documents for software applications, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
Participate in business validation and user acceptance testing for releases, contributing to product improvement.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Systems, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a knack for learning new technologies.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and assignments effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

Experience with ticketing systems such as Remedy or Jira Service Desk is preferred.
Familiarity with Identity Access Management domain tools like Broadcom Siteminder and Okta is a plus.
Experience working with federal government customers is advantageous.
