Responsibilities

Translate global strategic initiatives into procedures for project implementation

Apply Cost Competitive Execution techniques for the most cost-effective project solutions

Develop and review project Scope of Services, Scope of Facilities, and other project baseline documents

Develop estimates, schedules, progress reports, and workforce forecasts

Establish, track, and monitor material key quantities

Develop and review specifications and design criteria

Perform complex architectural assignments and apply advanced architectural techniques

Serve as an Architectural Area Lead or Lead on assigned projects

Other duties as assigned

Required

Accredited professional architectural degree based on country requirements and ten (10) years of work-related experience; professional architectural registration; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements

Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors

Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job

Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines

Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
