Responsibilities

Develop and implement tailored strategies to maximize NOI, improve occupancy, and optimize asset value.

Create compelling updates that tell the story of asset performance, inspire investor confidence, and align with the company’s vision.

Monitor and analyze operational and financial KPIs, ensuring assets consistently outperform market benchmarks.

Travel to asset locations in Florida and Texas (and elsewhere) periodically to understand the physical and operational aspects of the properties and ensure on-the-ground alignment.

Partner with property management teams to execute value-add plans, drive tenant satisfaction, and implement capital improvement projects.

Lead efforts to enhance portfolio positioning, assess refinancing or disposition opportunities, and drive investor returns.

Anticipate and address risks proactively by developing and executing mitigation plans.
