Responsibilities

Develop communication plans tailored to support Service change initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization’s change management framework.
Collaborate with business leaders to craft messaging that addresses the impact of organizational changes on employees, processes, and culture.
Create and maintain a communication calendar to ensure timely delivery of key updates and information to stakeholders.
Write, edit, and design change-related communications, including emails, presentations, intranet updates, FAQs, and leadership talking points.
Produce engaging content that explains complex changes in an accessible and actionable manner.
Assist leadership in delivering consistent messaging through employee forums, videos, and team meetings.
Partner with department heads, HR, and other business units to gather insights and feedback to inform communication strategies.
Act as a communication resource for Service leaders, providing guidance on how to deliver change messages effectively.
Track the effectiveness of communication efforts through surveys, feedback sessions, and analytics.
Provide recommendations to improve communication strategies based on data-driven insights.
Maintain a library of communication templates, toolkits, and resources for use in future change initiatives.
Stay informed on industry best practices in change communication and apply learnings to enhance the organization’s approach.

Required

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in communications, public relations, organizational development, or a related field.
Experience working in field service operations, regional offices, or complex operations within the financial services industry.
4+ years of experience in communication roles, preferably within change management or organizational transformation.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create messages for diverse audiences.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in communication tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office, SharePoint, or similar).
This role requires FINRA licensed and/or FINRA Associated Person pre-hire fingerprinting.

Preferred

Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci or Kotter is a plus.
