Responsibilities
Develop and oversee National Video Investment Associates alongside senior staff members
Prepare reports (Tracking, GRP, Posts) for the client
Ensure that DDS and GRP charts reflect most updated brand requirements
Communicate with networks regarding client's scheduling
Ensure that move requests have been requested and are being followed up on daily
Organize all upfront information into summary documents (i.e. "Roll-Ups")
Analyze upfront plans, execute options and sell-off requests , negotiate scatter buys and prepare scatter buy recommendations
Ensure that allocations match flighting/$'s/GRP requirement
SPrepare Monthly Spending Report
SMaintain relationships with vendor
SMaintain special client related projects (i.e. Marketplace updates)
SStay informed about latest trends in media, programming, and rating
SInform client/team of new opportunities or issue
SHelp facilitate client meeting
SAssist management team (Directors etc.) in develop strategies for media buy
SEnsure information is provided to team regarding client issues, internal agency issues, changes in account status, etc.

Required
1+ years of media buying experience, including at least 1 year at the Associate level
Experience with tv (broadcast and cable) and/or Streaming (FEP and CTV)
Working knowledge of MediaOcean, Prisma and National Buy Toolkit
Working knowledge of GRPs, Media Math, and FEP Campaigns
Knowledge of media research terminology
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
