Responsibilities

Develop and present detailed marketing plans to stakeholders, articulating the vision and strategy for promoting CPA's initiatives.

Manage relationships with external marketing vendors, ensuring deliverables meet brand guidelines and are delivered on time and within budget.

Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across traditional and digital channels.

Collaborate with various internal departments to align marketing priorities and ensure cohesive communication.

Ensure accuracy and brand consistency in all marketing materials, proofreading content before publication.

Analyze metrics, track trends, and interpret data to ensure effective campaign adjustments and decision-making.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring all components are executed as planned.

Required

Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or journalism OR at least 9 years of related experience in journalism, marketing, communications, or related field

Reside in Southern California to be available to attend field events within Los Angeles and Ventura Counties
