Responsibilities
Lead strategic calendar management and scheduling support for the CRDO and Development leadership team
Create systems to align the CRDO's time with priorities
Coordinate travel and logistics for the CRDO and leadership team
Manage expenses and reports for the CRDO and Leadership team
Support execution of Development team vision, priorities, and goals
Contribute to team communication design and processes
Manage team information on various platforms
Support logistics for team meetings and retreats
Execute celebrations and recognition for the team
Support team hiring needs and manage special projects

Required
Highly organized and can manage multiple details to completion across various streams of work
Ability to track task and scheduling completions and re-prioritize tasks and activities as context changes
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and making immediate changes with a long-term view
Can confidently and clearly communicate in written and verbal mediums with a variety of constituents, including senior executives and their operations support teams
Can 'steward up' to senior executives to ensure alignment between their priorities, capacity, and time
Exceptional customer service orientation
Ability to tailor approach to consider the perspectives of others
Exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
Ability to offer multiple potential solutions to a problem or challenge while balancing the pros and cons of each option
Leverage strong professional judgment when determining whether to take action versus consulting involved parties before taking a course of action
Can drive work independently in a remote work context
1-3 years of prior work experience, preferably in an administrative support role
Comfortable working remotely
Occasional weekend or evening work hours required
Some travel 3-5 times per year; may be necessary to manage logistics for any in-person engagements
