Responsibilities

Developing and executing strategies to attract, retain and develop top talent, including intern and associate programs.

Partnering with the Inclusion, Diversity, and Belonging (IDB) Council to shepherd initiatives focused on Recruitment, Retention & Career Advancement.

Designing and implementing Senior Leadership Development Programs to enhance skills and capabilities.

Creating dashboards for business reporting and metrics.

Conducting data analysis.

Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.

Collaborating with the India-based knowledge services team to enhance leverage and optimize efficiency.

Fostering colleague engagement through various events like volunteer days, socials, and town halls.

Required

3+ years of experience

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field preferred

Experience in collaborating with HR and our Learning & Development teams to identify training needs and develop programs for colleagues at all-levels across the organization

Helping to implement business process mapping and adoption of knowledge management systems

Assisting with other ad hoc strategic projects across functions to help drive the overall growth and success of the US Marsh Advisory team

Ability to work within a team and be flexible to work under tight deadlines and changing priorities

Strong understanding of talent acquisition, career development and employee engagement

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
