Responsibilities

Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and implement automation solutions for various business processes. Utilize your expertise in robotics process automation (RPA), OCR and digitization to streamline and enhance efficiency.
Analyze existing manual processes and identify areas for improvement. Implement automation solutions to increase efficiency, reduce handling time, and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency.
Evaluate and integrate third-party tools and technologies to complement and enhance our automation capabilities, ensuring seamless and efficient processes across different systems.
Develop and implement data reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency in data across different platforms. Generate insightful reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with valuable performance insights.
The ideal candidate will have experience in claims and reimbursement processing. Leverage this experience to optimize and automate claims-related workflows, reducing errors and enhancing speed and accuracy.
Ensure all automation solutions comply with industry regulations and internal quality standards. Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of automated processes.
Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with other teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders, to understand their requirements and develop effective automation solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven industry experience (10+ years) in business process automation, including robotics process automation (RPA), OCR, and digitization.
Familiarity with leveraging 3rd party capabilities and integrating them into existing systems.
Strong expertise in data reconciliation and reporting, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data.
Track record of improving efficiency KPIs of manual processes and reducing handling time through automation.
Proficiency in programming languages and automation tools (e.g., Python, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.).
Knowledge of compliance standards and best practices in automation implementation.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.

Preferred

Experience in claims and reimbursement processing is highly desirable.
