Responsibilities
Lead a team of .NET developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and quality assurance to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
Provide technical leadership and contribute to architectural discussions and decisions.
Perform code reviews, identify technical debt, and implement strategies for refactoring and improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to .NET applications and Azure services.
Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to foster a culture of learning and growth.

Required
5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET technologies.
Deep understanding of Azure services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage, etc.
Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, source control, and release management.
Strong understanding of cloud-native design principles and microservices architecture.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
