Responsibilities
Tackling ambitious problems: you’ll be breaking down technical challenges that haven’t been done before in healthcare, we need you to be extremely product minded with every line of code you write
Building and shipping new products for Lab Testing: our product usage is growing exponentially as a result of our talented hardworking team. We now get to build loads more game-changing products across the lab testing space
Continuously thinking about the end patient experience: We need you to be in the details on a specific build at the same time as zooming out looking at our entire product. This is the only way we will reach our mission together

Required
6+ years of experience in a backend role
Proficient with Python and SQL
Experience building an API product
Strong opinions on what makes a good API for a developer
Comfortable with owning features and being the driving force behind them
Genuine interest in healthcare and the power of technology to transform patient experience
Ability to work autonomously
Curiosity about how things work, especially in a regulated industry like healthcare
Ability to thrive in a remote team working across the world
Preferred
Experience in early stage companies
Hands-on focus on writing code and shipping products
Experience with FastAPI, GCP, Go, TypeScript, Next.js, Vercel
Experience with reverse engineering APIs for wearables/medical devices
Experience building scalable fault-tolerant backends
Experience building direct integrations to wearable devices and at-home remote patient monitoring devices
Experience building pipelines to scale dealing with legacy labs
Experience with Swift
