Required
6+ years of experience as a Senior Backend Software Engineer
Strong full-stack development skills, particularly in TypeScript
Experience building and scaling systems from scratch
Ability to handle complex technical challenges and communicate effectively about product decisions
Ownership of product domains from deployment to maintenance and monitoring
Delivering software features on time with strong organizational and documentation capabilities
Engagement with detailed and strategic aspects of technical projects
Based in Boston, MA preferred
US Citizen or permanent resident
Academic background in computer science or software engineering
Preferred
Experience with distributed systems such as AWS Lambda, ECS Containers, and AWS CDK
Some familiarity with Golang
Background in enterprise IT, including expertise with Enterprise Linux, SAP, and other ERP applications
Proficiency in developing command-line interfaces using libraries like Commander.js, Inquirer.js, and Chalk
Experience compiling Node.js applications into standalone executables using tools such as pkg and nexe
Familiarity with designing modular CLI architectures that integrate with RESTful APIs and enhance existing systems
Knowledge of LLMs, AI Agents, or similar technologies
Experience or insight into building APM-style agents
Previous experience in an early-stage venture-backed startup
