Responsibilities
Day-to-day monitoring of SAP alerts (Cloud ALM, Job monitoring, System health check, cloud watch, backup alerts)
Monitor all SAP systems (work processes, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, developer traces, system traces, disk space, background jobs etc.)
Implement an optimal SAP configuration to maximize system performance and availability
Troubleshoot any spool and SAP printing subsystems for all SAP instances
Provide support for SAP infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis for technical incidents
Manage SAP client administration (create client, copy client, delete client, export/import client) as required
Coordinate with internal infrastructure, network team and ECS team and build and maintain the SAP systems and integrate with existing Eco space systems using a structured methodology
Develop and maintain system documentation for all SAP instances and interfaces
Provide status reports to all the stakeholders
Coordinate data migration, system configuration, and technical cutover tasks, ensuring minimal business disruption.
Ensure documentation of solutions with all details required for implementation

Required
10+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration and architecture Experience in SAP RISE (SAP Cloud Hyperscale's)
At least two greenfield implementations experience on SAP Hyperscale preferably in Azure Cloud
Good knowledge of Hybrid solutions with SAP
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Netweaver, SAP ABAP, HANA DB, Cloud Platform and SAP Fiori
Experience on administration of BTP(PaaS) solution and integration with SAP Cloud Connector
Administer and Monitor Integration Suite, Datasphere, Cloud connector
At least one implementation experience on SAP Cloud ALM
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues, make decisions under pressure, and drive continuous improvements.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or related field
