Responsibilities
• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize social media platforms, job boards, and networking to identify potential BCBA candidates.
• Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with local universities and colleges to promote job openings and internship opportunities.
• Career Fairs & Conferences: Attend career fairs, BCBA conferences, and other events to network and recruit potential candidates.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for Discovery ABA.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Marketing Materials: Assist in creating engaging job postings and promotional materials to attract talent.
• Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.

Required
BCBA Recruiting is a requirement for this position.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with LinkedIn is required.
Preferred
BCBA certification is highly preferred.
Previous recruiting experience, especially in healthcare, education, or similar fields, is a plus.
Sales or marketing experience is desirable to enhance candidate engagement strategies.
Strong copywriting skills are a plus.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
