Responsibilities
Create and maintain high-quality reports, visualizations, and dashboards using Amazon QuickSight and Power BI tailored to diverse business needs.
Develop and optimize scalable data models in Amazon Redshift to support analytics and reporting requirements.
Engage with data engineers, analysts, and business users to gather and translate data requirements into actionable insights and solutions.
Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of BI tools and reports.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of BI solutions, data models, and workflows.
Operate with a consulting mindset, identifying opportunities for improving client processes and expanding engagement scope.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related domains.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon QuickSight, Power BI, and/or Tableau.
Strong SQL skills and understanding of database design and optimization.
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python for advanced analytics or automation.
Knowledge of cloud-based data infrastructure and services.
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred
Experience in financial services or consulting environments is highly desirable.
