Responsibilities

Develop an optimized architectural design for hosting a large volume of cloud-based data visualizations.

Optimize the performance of BI components to ensure fast and responsive user experiences.

Implement data governance policies and best practices, ensuring data security objectives meet MGB and regulatory requirements.

Support user access management and license distribution processes.

Secure and manage connections to data sources like Epic, Snowflake, and Azure Data Lake to ensure integrity and privacy.

Configure and manage Virtual Machines utilized for connecting the cloud-based BI solution to the MGB network.

Automate reporting and scheduling tasks using scripting techniques.

Continuously monitor the environment to troubleshoot errors and address performance issues.

Create and maintain project documentation.

Use the Mass General Brigham values to govern decisions, actions, and behaviors.

Required

Bachelors Degree in business, Computer Science, healthcare, or related experience required

7+ years IT or Data Analytics experience

7+ years working with a BI platform as a systems administrator or platform engineer

Strong knowledge of SQL, Azure/Cloud, Data Management & MDM concepts/best practices

Hands on Experience on BI platform management

Preferred

Healthcare experience preferred, preferably in a provider organization
