Responsibilities
Support management of the creative agency and internal creative teams in briefing, evaluating, producing, and executing the brand communications plan
Manage social media agency relationship, including briefing and creative approvals and monitoring the impact of social creative through real-time social listening
Manage annual marketing plans with real time adjustments and updates based on actual results
Work with internal innovation team and omni-marketing team to develop new item launch support plans
Manage marketing budget to ensure we deliver on budget on monthly basis
Manage consumer promotions and coupon programs to drive the brand
Lead internal portfolio and packaging update projects partnering with full cross-functional team

Required
5+ years of related experience in CPG company (Consumer products goods) ideally experience within small to medium sized companies
A leader who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environment and demonstrates high adaptability and agility
Strong analytical, critical/ strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Must be highly ethical, have strong integrity, and use value-based decision making.
Must be able to travel approximately 20%
Preferred
MBA preferred but not required
