Responsibilities
Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and performance.
Collaborate with technical teams to develop and propose innovative solutions, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
Serve as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and understanding.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
Conduct data analysis to support decision-making, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring that deliverables meet business objectives and timelines.
Validate solutions through testing and user acceptance to ensure alignment with requirements and expected outcomes.
Provide guidance and support to junior analysts, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
Understanding of requirements elicitation techniques, and software development life cycles
Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar platforms
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable solutions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies
Preferred
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
