Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams to define and document business requirements, focusing on ETFs and fixed income instruments.
Provide functional support for CRD users, with a preference for newer CRD versions.
Identify gaps in current workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Work closely with portfolio managers, traders, and internal technical resources to develop and implement necessary components.
Engage with global teams to ensure seamless collaboration and engagement.
Manage documentation and track project tasks, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.

Required
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services sector, with a strong focus on fixed income or equity.
Hands-on experience with Charles River Development (CRD) is required.
General experience with Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) is essential.
Strong analytical skills to synthesize complex financial concepts and recommend actionable improvements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with global teams.
Familiarity with front and back-office operations in trading environments.
