Responsibilities
Lead all Intake/Idea meetings with Business and Operations teams
Document the results and action items from Intake meetings
Represent Product needs to IT during estimation meetings
Log all Product Intakes on behalf of Business and Operations
Facilitate prioritization meetings and provide transparency on product priorities

Required
Proven experience in leading meetings and documenting outcomes
Strong ability to write User Stories and articulate Business and User needs
Experience in tracking product lifecycles from Intake to delivery
Proficiency in using Smartsheet and JIRA for managing relevant dashboards
Ability to clearly document requirements and use cases
Preferred
Experience working with Product Business Analysts to log and track User Stories
Familiarity with measuring intake outcomes and facilitating cross-collaboration
