Responsibilities
Gathering and delivering requirements for commercial payment operations.
Facilitating and presenting solutions, conducting cost/benefit analysis and risk assessments.
Working with complex information systems, developing or modifying them based on business and user needs.
Building partnerships, liaising with internal departments, and recommending solutions that provide business value.
Partnering with Product Managers to perform business needs analysis, create business cases, and define success criteria.
Collaborating with Program Managers, Product Managers, stakeholders, and SMEs to document requirements, facilitate design workshops, and manage all aspects of program functional testing.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree
8 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in financial services
Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, and Lean methodologies
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred
CBAP or PBA certifications
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, Visio, Azure DevOps, Salesforce, Copado, and Jira
