Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement advanced data visualization and BI applications to enable data-driven decisions for business leaders and clients.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes, ensuring intuitive and effective user experiences.

Continuously explore new ways to transform complex data into compelling stories that drive decision-making.

Identify and address data and design challenges within internal and external data sources and visualization tools.

Support the data gathering and visualization of both internal and client-driven strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Experiment with cutting-edge technologies and tools to keep Cushman & Wakefield ahead of industry trends.

Participate in developing strategies, standards, and best practices for data analysis and visualization.

Work with teams across Technology, Marketing, Operations, and other service lines to transition concepts and prototypes into production-ready solutions.

Required

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.

2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, or a similar role.

Expertise in creating data visualizations that drive actionable insights.

Advanced proficiency in Power BI, CRMA, Tableau, or similar tools such as Tableau, d3.js, or Mapbox.

Strong knowledge of SQL and APIs.

Excellent project management skills and the ability to harmonize various data sources.

Strong understanding of visual design principles and their application in data-driven tools and visualizations.

Proven ability to translate stakeholder requirements into impactful visualizations.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Team player with strong collaboration skills.

High degree of accountability and ownership in delivering quality outcomes.

Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically.
