Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs to align with overall business strategies.
Formulate systems and solutions that support business objectives and improve organizational effectiveness.
Conduct business process reengineering to identify technology applications that address business challenges.
Utilize industry-standard business process mapping and reengineering methodologies.
Prepare solution options, identify risks, and perform financial analyses such as cost/benefit, ROI, and buy/build assessments.
Document detailed descriptions of user requirements, program functions, and development/modification steps for computer programs.
Support day-to-day operations of the Administrative Applications Organization.
Own and manage deliverables such as software renewals, budget actions, contractor renewals, audit responses, vulnerability remediation, technical debt, and internal process reviews.
Collaborate on roadmap action items to support the organization’s strategic goals.
Serve as Scrum Master when required, facilitating Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, particularly those related to Administrative Applications.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support effective project and deliverable execution.

Required
Experience managing a large budget: 10 years
Experience with procurement processes and procedures: 10 years
Experience with software renewals: 10 years
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology: 10 years
Preferred
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology practices: 4 years
Experience with Jira: 4 years
Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) or Professional Scrum Master: 4 years
