Responsibilities
Interview and document conversations with relevant stakeholders and users to identify functional requirements.
Contribute to tactical software development by supplying requirements, participating in agile ceremonies, and verifying acceptance for work items.
Update epics, features, user stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria as required.
Collaborate with software engineers to refine requirements, answer questions, and incorporate product management feedback.
Collaborate on testing and verification of code while it is built, refactored, and remediated.
Participate in agile ceremonies, taking notes about decisions and requirements to translate them into content backlog items.

Required
12+ years experience performing as a Business Analyst working with end users and business stakeholders
Gathering and documenting business requirements in As-Is and To-Be states
Performing GAP Analysis
Translation business requirements to technical teams
Performing Business Process Reengineering
Holds a Bachelor Degree in related field
Preferred
To Be CBAP Certified Or PMI-PBA
Highly preferred public sector project experience
