Responsibilities
Analyze and Improve Processes: Analyze policy, data, and metrics to identify bottlenecks and propose improvement initiatives.
Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Conduct in-depth interviews with stakeholders to document complex policies and business requirements.
Stakeholder Coordination: Establish strong relationships with program teams, developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure a shared understanding of project goals.
Support Development and Testing: Translate business requirements into actionable software specifications and assist in developing user stories and test cases.
Mentoring and Training: Provide guidance and support to junior analysts, conduct training sessions, and offer constructive feedback and coaching.

Required
7+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role in software development or IT.
Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed software specifications.
Strong understanding of SDLC and experience with Salesforce products or related SaaS tools.
Experience with project and task management software, Jira preferred.
Leadership and Mentoring: Experience mentoring analysts and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Skilled in training sessions and software demonstrations for various stakeholders.
Technical and Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis for decision-making and process improvements.
Strong analytical skills to solve complex business challenges.
Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices.
User-Centered Design: Understanding of user-centered design principles for software requirements.
Collaboration and Communication: Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing stakeholders.
Education and Certification: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Industry certifications in business analysis and Salesforce (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are highly valued.
