Responsibilities
Manage tasks and participate in various stages of the end-to-end project lifecycle.
Apply experience in both Agile and Waterfall-based project execution methodologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders across business, product, risk, and technology teams to elicit and develop user requirements.
Review, analyze, and evaluate business processes and systems (new and existing).
Conduct data-driven analyses to inform design decisions and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Understand end-user interaction with platforms to design optimal solutions.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet defined requirements.
Confirm UI/UX requirements and partner with business and product managers to deliver desired outcomes.
Apply expertise in information architecture and storyboarding to create designs that enhance navigation and user satisfaction.
Prepare and review prototypes, wireframes, user flows, and mockups for internal and stakeholder review.
Create and review project documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, EPICS, and User Stories.
Present findings, insights, and drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.

Required
Relevant experience in project execution for web-based applications, digital platforms, and workflow solutions.
Proficiency in SDLC documentation (BRDs, FRDs, EPICS, etc.) and analysis.
Strong experience in UX design strategy, including wireframing, prototyping, and user flows.
Familiarity with design tools for concept delivery and collaboration.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across cross-functional teams (e.g., Technology, DevOps, Business, and Product Owners).
Hands-on expertise in data-driven decision-making and analysis to transform raw data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and process mapping tools like MS Visio and BlueWorks.
Preferred
Work experience in the banking domain, particularly in Retail Banking or Wealth Management.
Knowledge of systems, information architecture, databases, and data structures.
Hands-on experience with technology-based process mapping and current-to-target state analysis.
Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and ability to align requirements with overall solution goals.
Iterative design mindset to incorporate feedback and continuously improve user experience.
