Responsibilities
Translate Business Rules into Decision Table Models.
Document 'AS IS' and 'TO BE' processes.
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
Conduct walkthroughs with internal and external teams.
Elicit requirements from Product Owners.
Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
Assist with prioritization and resolution of defects/bugs.
Participate proactively in developing and maintaining team standards, tools, and best practice.

Required

Preferred
Experience using various requirements analysis techniques
Experience Authoring Business and Functional Requirements as User Stories
Experience leading and participating in project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other activities as needed
Experience with Agile development Methodologies
Experience performing backlog maintenance
Experience with Business Process Modeling
Experience with Business Rules Development
BS degree with 8 plus years of experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen for DHS security clearance
