Responsibilities
Responsible for leading all Intake/Idea meetings with Business and Operations teams.
Document Intake results and action items.
Attend and represent Product needs to IT during estimation.
Log all Product Intakes on behalf of Business and Operations.
Track the Product lifecycle from Intake to delivery.
Assist in measuring the outcomes of Intakes.
Facilitate prioritization meetings across all stakeholders (voting, cross-collaboration, etc.).
Ensure full transparency on priorities across all Products.
Manage relevant dashboards using Smartsheet and JIRA (including aging, priority, lifecycle, and outcomes).
Ability to write User Stories.
Clearly articulate Business and User needs.
Document requirements and use cases comprehensively.
Collaborate with other Product Business Analysts to log and track Product User Stories.
