Responsibilities
Lead all Intake/Idea meetings with Business and Operations teams.
Document the results and action items from these meetings.
Attend and represent the Product needs to IT during estimation meetings.
Log all Product Intakes on behalf of Business and Operations.
Track the Product lifecycle from Intake to delivery.
Assist in measuring the outcomes of the Intake process.
Facilitate prioritization meetings among all stakeholders (voting, cross collaboration, etc.).
Ensure full transparency on the priority across all Products.
Manage relevant dashboards using tools like Smartsheet and JIRA (including aging, priority, lifecycle, outcomes).
Ability to write clear User Stories.
Clearly articulate the Business and User needs.
Document requirements and use cases effectively.
Collaborate with other Product BAs to log and track Product User Stories.
