Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and report on monthly spend reports provided by distribution partners.

Research spend leakage and drive compliant spend.

Analyze market data to determine future cost impacts, such as raw commodities fluctuations.

Co-develop spend and savings tracker to minimize leakage of planned savings.

Develop visual tools to effectively communicate spend, savings, and compliance.

Support business cases when analysis suggests vendor switching.

Develop tracking tools to ensure rebate dollars aren’t baked into PPV.

Ensure new vendors are necessary and support future workflow.

Co-develop systems to ensure policy adhesion.

Maintain a supply chain contract repository.

Maintain supply chain AVL.

Support benchmarking activities.

Support the SSM and the rest of the team in implementing savings projects.

Support QBRs between sourcing and vendor base.
