Responsibilities

Provide strategic vision and recommendations to stakeholders for efficient process and project execution.

Collaborate with developers to define requirements, validate test results, and ensure successful project deployment.

Analyze and improve business processes, mapping current workflows to potential future states for operational efficiency.

Assess the impact of process or product changes and deliver readiness plans across multiple product lines.

Lead complex, multi-faceted projects involving resource allocation, release management, and cross-functional impacts.

Act as a liaison to gather, define, and communicate requirements, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and technical teams.

Partner with IT, Operations, and other areas to coordinate dependencies, resolve issues, and proactively manage risks.

Evaluate and recommend process adaptations and technology solutions to improve productivity and reporting accuracy.

Oversee Quality Assurance efforts, including test plan development, issue resolution, and troubleshooting.

Perform root cause analysis and present solutions to management to address business challenges and drive organizational goals.
