Responsibilities

Coordinates the preparation and review of productivity reports, forecasts, and ad hoc analytics under supervisory direction. Completes in-depth analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for providers to better serve our patients.

Works closely with Vice Presidents & Directors of Clinical Operations in designing tools and processes for equipping front-line clinicians with the information they need to deliver more efficient and effective care.

Responsible for automating key workflows in partnership with the Business Intelligence & Data Analytics team.

Supports the data needs of cross functional teams & projects, from leveraging SQL to pull data to distilling key insights into executive-level readouts in PowerPoint.
