Responsibilities

Review and advise dealers on lead generation, outbound calling, and relationship building
Improve customer service, outside sales, and time management skills
Develop pricing strategies based on volume and customer pricing segmentation
Implement marketing and promotional plans, including e-commerce
Review account planning for existing customers and identify gaps in product sales
Discuss and ensure implementation of inventory management best practices
Encourage collaboration between parts and service departments
Improve and document critical business processes and procedures
Support Navistar's internal parts program and dealer as needed
Create and revise training materials and presentations
Partner with Navistar Parts Sales, National Account, and Product teams
Lead Navistar RSM initiatives and track KPIs at selected dealers

Required

Bachelor’s degree
At least 8 years of business development, sales, mergers and acquisitions, or joint venture experience
At least 1 year of lead experience
Master's degree
At least 6 years of business development, sales, mergers and acquisitions, or joint venture experience
At least 1 year of lead experience
At least 10 years of business development, sales, mergers and acquisitions, or joint venture experience
At least 1 year of lead experience
Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States

Preferred

Fixed operations experience (Parts Manager, Parts Sales Manager, GM)
Heavy truck, machinery, automotive or powersports industry experience
Dealership experience
Excellent computer skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Salesforce
DMS experience is an asset (CDK, Karmak, Procede)
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
Team oriented but can work independently as well
Ability to be flexible with schedules and content delivery
Ability to engage audience quickly
Ability to communicate effectively with ALL levels of employees in a dealership environment
Flexibility with travel schedule
Resourceful and not afraid to try something different
