Responsibilities

Organize and manage a prospecting list, using tools like Bullhorn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn to uncover key decision-makers.
Develop new business through various methods including research, networking, lead generation, cold calling, and virtual/in-person meetings.
Create and maintain business plans in CRM (Bullhorn), targeting new accounts and mapping territories.
Ensure timely entry of sales reports, customer data, and detailed documentation in CRM.
Represent V-Soft at diversity events such as NMSDC, WBENC, and Corp Plus to build new leads and increase our presence in diversity-focused supplier portals.
Generate job orders and develop relationships through prospecting, cold calling, and networking to drive business growth.
Partner with recruiting teams for client calls to ensure accurate job matches based on company requirements and culture.
Actively participate in industry events and niche IT organizations to strengthen networks and uncover new opportunities.
Meet weekly activity and revenue growth targets.

Required

7+ years of experience in business development, with a focus on opening and supporting Fortune 500 clients.
Experience with DE&I strategy, procurement, and strategic sourcing.
Proficiency with Bullhorn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and CRM tools.
Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic customer relationships.
Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong recruiting and technical background highly preferred.
