Responsibilities
Developing Sales Strategies: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies and plans that align with the company’s overall business goals and objectives.
Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing client relationships, and ensuring the sales team meets or exceeds sales targets.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Oversee sales forecasting and reporting. Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to assess team performance and make data-driven decisions
Sales Closure Leadership: Drive the closing phase of the sales cycle by guiding the team through negotiations, resolving any last-minute issues, and ensuring contracts are signed to secure new business.
Strategic Partnerships: Develop and manage strategic partnerships and alliances that can drive business growth and open new sales channels.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and adjust tactics as needed.
Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance sales performance.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to sales performance, such as market shifts or competitive threats.

Required
5-8 years of sales success with a significant focus on business development in the management consulting or professional services sector.
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
A proven track record of successful client engagement and acquisition, ideally as a partner or senior consultant.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with and influence top-level executives.
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to build and manage effective sales teams.
Comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the Fortune 1000 and Fortune 200 space.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Dynamics 365) and MS Office Suite.
Preferred
An MBA or equivalent is highly desirable.
