Responsibilities
Manage lead generation campaigns and reporting. This includes campaign creation, A/B testing, and reporting.
Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that drive new business development and achieve sales targets.
Keep up to date with industry trends, updates, and information for lead generation campaigns.
Work with Sales/Business Development Team to develop and continuously update a list to target prospects.
Research competitors, consumer behavior, and market trends to identify potential leads.
Assist Sales/Business Development Team with Trade Show preparation and email campaigns.
Participate in collaborative internal business meetings providing updates to key stakeholders.
Own and maintain CRM leads pipeline reports, presenting to leadership team.
Identify and introduce strategic partnerships to the Business Development team.
Update custom presentations and proposals, as needed.
Understand Hinge Commerce services, pricing, and contracts while working with Sales team to provide applicable updates, as necessary.
Attend trade shows and conferences, as needed.

Required
3+ years of CRM experience - Zoho CRM preferred
3+ years of B2B or eCommerce agency experience
3+ years of Email Campaign Management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and with sales targets and achieve them
Thrives in an autonomous fast paced working environment
