Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new leads within regulated and safety-sensitive industries.
Conduct discovery interviews to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Coordinate and present during demonstration interviews to showcase our services.
Close deals to meet or exceed annual revenue targets of at least $500,000.
Maintain a 5-minute response time to inbound leads to ensure excellent client engagement.
Track sales activities and metrics to evaluate performance and strategize improvements.

Required
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in background services.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in consultative and relationship selling techniques, along with outbound selling experience.
Strong commitment to ethical sales practices and client service.
Preferred
Experience selling drug and alcohol testing services is a plus.
Familiarity with Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar CRM software is a plus.
