Responsibilities
Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic business decisions.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and quality checks.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analysis.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts on the team.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with SQL, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Experience in the electronics distribution industry.
Familiarity with machine learning and predictive analytics.
Certification in business intelligence or data analysis tools.
