Responsibilities

Gather and translate business requirements into actionable specifications for data warehouse solutions

Research and assess data sources, identifying any limitations in reliability, accuracy, and usability

Design technical systems and business data models to align solutions with organizational needs

Analyze workflows, access protocols, and data behaviors to optimize utilization and insights

Champion initiatives for data quality, integrity, and standardization to ensure consistent, reliable insights

Facilitate user testing and ensure thorough documentation of data processes.

Conduct and oversee user acceptance testing to validate functionality and requirements

Lead the design and implementation of dashboards and reporting solutions for real-time business decisions

Assemble large, complex data sets and maintain optimized data pipelines to support proof-of-concept projects

Automate workflows, optimize data delivery, and enhance ETL, data integration, and infrastructure for scalability and performance

Develop and maintain aggregated data views and dashboards for business reporting

Track IT project deliverables, ensuring alignment with timelines and goals

Promote initiatives that democratize data access and usage organization-wide

Monitor team performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals and best practices
