Responsibilities
Validate complex data extractions, creating database mappings and structures for mining algorithms or reporting requirements.
Review and provide feedback on client data layouts, ensuring data quality and integrity.
Develop and run SQL queries to validate database quality assurance outcomes.
Conduct root cause analysis for mapping or data issues and prioritize solutions based on risk and impact.
Gather and document application requirements using standardized templates through interviews and workflow analysis.
Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to gather requirements and address issues.
Establish and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or quality assurance roles.
Experience in handling large data sets, particularly in the healthcare industry.
Proficiency in developing and troubleshooting complex SQL queries.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and task prioritization skills.
Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
Preferred
Expertise in medical and pharmacy claims data analysis.
Adaptability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
