Responsibilities
Work as a strategic partner aligning with business groups on strategic vision and priorities
Understand and leverage AI capabilities to enhance productivity and creativity
Develop and maintain a technology roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders
Lead business requirements gathering sessions and analyze key processes
Drive productivity by improving existing processes and implementing new ones with AI solutions
Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Support business users on system configuration, bug fixes, and enhancements
Participate in sprint planning and focus on continual process improvement

Required
5+ years of experience with SaaS technologies used by internal employees
Experience in establishing effective business partnerships within and outside the organization
Manage customer relationships to gather business requirements and processes to support needs fulfillment
Highly responsive with strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize and juggle multiple deadlines and projects, and keep peers, partners, and supervisors abreast of activities
Proficiency in leading user interviews, requirements gathering, creating, maintaining, and supporting all application development artifacts, including user stories, process flows, screen mockups, data diagrams, business rule definitions, design documents, and reporting scripts
Strong analytical and system design skills, problem-solving skills, and a track record of seeing tasks through to successful completion
Experience working in a technical environment and being able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mind, attention to detail, and investigative skills
Experience working with self-service support tools in a high-growth company to promote shift-left initiatives as well as moving information and help from support staff to self-service knowledge repositories
Familiarity with AI technologies and their application across collaboration technologies to drive productivity and creativity
