Required

12+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on data warehousing and data management.

Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, data modeling, and data integration.

Proficiency with data warehousing platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Redshift) and ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend).

Familiarity with SQL, data querying, and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and convert them into functional specifications.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience managing data-centric projects, meeting deadlines, and leading cross-functional teams.

Understanding of data governance, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and compliance standards.

Preferred

Experience in Financial Services or Wealth Management industry will be a big plus.

Experience within [Industry-specific experience if applicable, e.g., finance, healthcare] is a plus.

Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
