Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert in inventory, manufacturing, and SCTC subledger systems.
Identify opportunities and collaborate cross-functionally to implement solutions that enhance processes and fortify system integrity.
Analyze transaction flows and partner with accounting teams to resolve posting errors or system mapping issues.
Lead cross-functional teams in implementing accounting solutions for new business initiatives.
Mentor team members, sharing knowledge and providing technical training.

Required
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Background supporting a subledger accounting team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial closes.
Proven ability to collaborate with operational and technical teams.
Proficiency in building queries and reports using SQL queries, Power BI, Incorta, Tableau, or Alteryx.
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan or similar) and business intelligence reporting tools.
Strong communication skills, capable of articulating technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with meticulous attention to detail.
