Required

BE/M degree in Information Systems or equivalent educational background.

5+ years of experience working in the Workday ecosystem with advanced techno/functional knowledge in the following areas: Core HCM, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Reporting, EIBs, and calculated fields. Recent hands-on experience working on global WD Absence projects is highly desirable.

Advanced working knowledge of business systems analysis tools and techniques: High-level and detailed requirements development, fit/gap analysis, functional design, testing, etc.

Excellent verbal & written communication and influencing skills. Comfortable with a variety of stakeholders, business and technical, executives as well as end-users.
