Responsibilities

Lead project planning and organization efforts without supervising support staff.

Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies and procedures.

Collect, analyze, and maintain technical data for manuals using various tools.

Develop standards, procedures, and written reports based on information systems theories and concepts.

Conduct tests, develop solutions to problems, and document results from research and user feedback.

Facilitate JAD sessions, make recommendations on systems, and translate user discussions into business requirements.

Analyze processes, make effective recommendations, and simplify work procedures.

Work with teams to accomplish organizational goals and provide front line support for business requests.

Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and establish partnerships with key stakeholders.

Develop roadmaps and timelines for proposed solutions, support data analysis and migration activities, and perform data analysis using various tools.

Required

Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a highly related field of study with at least 5 years of experience

Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a highly related field of study with at least 2 years of experience

At least 2 years of practical experience in collecting, correlating, analyzing, recording & maintaining technical data for use in developing operating & instruction manuals utilizing tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Screensteps & Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

At least 2 years of practical experience in preparing written reports of work by applying standard information systems, theories, concepts & techniques such as information systems, theories, concepts, and techniques such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

At least 2 years of practical experience in data analysis tools & techniques such as Spotfire, MS-Excel, MySQL querying, working in Agile methodology

At least 2 years of practical experience in supporting and performing data analysis & data migration activities from legacy systems to future systems using tools like MS-Excel and building queries using SQL
