Responsibilities

Document requirements to facilitate mutual understanding between technical and non-technical resources.
Analyze requirements for web applications and REST APIs.
Influence priority setting and negotiate trade-offs with Product Owner and team members.
Lead story mapping, breakdown, and grooming sessions.
Track and estimate time required for financial tracking and project budgeting.
Develop program designs for efficient and reliable operations while adhering to technical configurations.

Required

Strong experience with all facets of business analysis including requirements gathering, documentation, meeting facilitation, and story mapping.
Experience with Agile and documents NFRs.
Experience with data mapping, SQL, and REST APIs.
Experience with domain and user observation and analysis.

Preferred

Experience with Kanban, Jira, and Confluence is a plus.
Experience with example mapping and behavior-driven development is a plus.
Experience with domain-driven design and testing web applications is a plus.
