Responsibilities

Prepare functional specifications, test plans, and test cases for assigned projects, ensuring thorough documentation.

Lead research and analysis of complex data to confirm the functional design aligns with project requirements.

Mentor and assist less experienced staff in application training, research analysis, and project methodologies.

Act as a functional lead on complex projects, facilitating team meetings and documenting outcomes.

Engage with business clients to understand application change requests and ensure specifications meet business needs.

Participate in design discussions and document functional specifications, ensuring alignment with technology teams.

Provide project estimates, including timelines and phases, for large or complex initiatives.

Serve as a subject matter expert to assess how applications may be impacted by enterprise-wide initiatives.

Collaborate with vendors and technical teams to understand project functionality and ensure seamless implementation.

Lead or coordinate testing efforts, preparing test plans, and verifying that changes meet business and technical requirements.

Monitor and manage change requests, ensuring adherence to project scope, regulatory requirements, and business needs.

Address and resolve issues identified during testing or implementation phases.

Coordinate post-implementation reviews to gather feedback and document lessons learned.

Adhere to risk and regulatory standards, escalating issues as necessary.

Promote diversity and support the company’s brand values.

Required

Minimum of 6 years of combined higher education and/or operational/business analytics experience, and hands-on experience with the Hogan Banking System application.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Advanced organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency with personal computers and relevant software tools.

Demonstrated problem-solving and lateral thinking abilities.

Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently.

Ability to present findings effectively to various levels of management.
