Responsibilities

Contribute to the growth of Cohley’s enterprise offerings while mentoring and developing junior team members to ensure our team's skills remain aligned with industry trends and standards.
Manage budgets, margin, and timelines in coordination with internal benchmarks and external client team (managing creator compensation costs, mapping key dates and deadlines, obtaining client approvals)
Manage a book of business and identify revenue opportunities to expand and renew key accounts
Lead client campaign kick off, mid-campaign check ins, and wrap up calls
Build creative briefs that will optimize content for retail partnerships, organic/paid social
Make creative recommendations, track creative best practices, audit content, and use examples of best-in-class executions to inspire effective creative
Measure and report the results of campaigns in executive-facing spreadsheets and decks
Handle creator communications, trainings and negotiations.
Work with the sales team to build out project proposals and close new client deals
Travel to meet clients face-to-face to develop interpersonal relationships with partners and conduct Strategic Business Reviews

Required

4+ years client management experience, preferably managing multiple client accounts at once at digital marketing or creative agency
Proven track record of successful onboarding, productivity, and exceeding goals while working remotely
Understanding of ambiguity and flexibility required to work with big name enterprise clients - you will be wearing many hats!
