Responsibilities
Develop Campaign Strategy: Partner with subject matter experts within the Product & Solutions Marketing team to weave insights from customer, market, analyst, and competitive intelligence into strategic segmentation, targeting, and positioning decisions that underpin all Ping Identity campaigns.
Align Global Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with regional, cross-functional stakeholders such as Digital, Field, Event, and Partner Marketing to foster alignment and deliver a coordinated, consistent and compelling message to the market, with regional adaptations as required.
Drive Campaign Launches: Build, maintain and drive detailed campaign architecture and short/long-term project plans to ensure on-time completion of campaign deliverables, including website updates, content assets, digital ads, promotional emails, webinars, and product announcements.
Design and Manage Content Journeys: Identify and communicate content needs, plan, and prioritization of necessary content and promotional assets across to arrive at a logical, seamless content journey flow for each campaign.
Monitor and Drive Campaign Optimization: Work closely with Demand Generation and Marketing Operations to standardize reports and dashboards for campaign KPIs, optimize tactics based on insights, and develop presentations to communicate campaign plans, results, and continuous improvements to key stakeholders.

Required
Proven experience in campaign management and digital marketing.
Strong project management and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to develop and drive the adoption of strategic marketing plans.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Preferred
Successful B2B campaign management experience.
Experience aligning global marketing strategy across various geographies.
Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
Technical background or experience with enterprise software/SaaS solutions.
