Responsibilities
Design & implement on-campus recruiting strategy at specific central universities to attract a strong and diverse pipeline of campus talent that aligns to business goals
Manage and cultivate external partnerships with key university stakeholders, diversity organizations, student & industry-specific organizations
Source, attract, and engage high-potential candidates through campus partnerships and online platforms.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for campus hires, including application review, interviews, and offer negotiations.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment in candidate selection.
Identify, develop & execute diversity recruiting initiatives
Establish relationships with GE HealthCare Development Program Managers and HR partners to execute recruiting initiatives, leverage best practices and achieve demand
Collaborate with school teams to define and execute school specific initiatives
Partner with Early Careers Leader to execute summer intern program including performance management, professional development, manager engagement and social/networking activities
Track & analyze key performance metrics to influence data driven decisions and to share results/trends with stakeholders
Monitor and evaluate program success through surveys, feedback, and key performance metrics.
Stay informed on emerging trends in campus recruitment and early talent development.
Benchmark against industry peers to ensure competitive strategies and initiatives.

Required
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on campus or early-career recruitment preferred.
Proven success in building partnerships and achieving hiring goals.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Understanding of current early career hiring landscape, ability to advocate from the student perspective and a general knowledge of best practices for attracting Gen Z talent
Exceptional planning and organization skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and smoothly
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral), client-support orientation, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and with a wide range of clients
Demonstrated commitment to being a talent advisor to the business, using data and analytics to tell your story
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to travel for campus events as necessary.
Preferred
Strong preference for this position to be located in Greater Milwaukee, Greater Chicago or Madison, WI locations but not required.
